Mid-level opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to make the move to the Dublin market and join a tier-one corporate firm.
The firm are a well-established, big six firm in the Dublin advising some of Ireland and Europe’s largest names.
Within corporate, the team are best known for advising clients in the TMT, healthcare, insurance and energy sectors. The team cover a range of corporate matters and associates can expect to get involved in private and public M&A alongside some private equity work which can often be hard to get in the Irish market.
The ideal associate will be a mid-level lawyer with experience across M&A and private equity, ideally within areas such as energy, insurance and TMT. Associates can expect to access great work from the outset and work on international, cross-border deals.
The firm are open to seeing common law qualified associates for this role. Applicants from Australia and New Zealand will need 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
