About the role

We are instructed by a leading US firm in London that is seeking to recruit additional associates for its growing Infrastructure Finance team. We have opportunities suitable for junior lawyers (NQ-3 PQE) as well at senior level (5-7 PQE).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the City's leading Finance practices which acts for sponsors, borrowers, banks and institutional investors on leveraged finance transactions.

We would like to see applications from finance lawyers who have strong leveraged finance experience. Ideally, applicants will have infrastructure finance experience, or a keen interest to specialise within this sector.

Applications are welcome from lawyers ranging from newly qualified up to circa 7/8 years' PQE.
