About the role
An opportunity to join one of the fastest growing finance teams in one of the busiest practice areas in the City.
As a junior associate, you will benefit from having higher levels of responsibility than you would with a UK firm and will work across leveraged and acquisition finance, often with an infrastructure leaning.
The team advise sponsors and borrowers across: Unitranche & private credit, ABL facilities, fund financing & various leveraged loan matters.
The team are ideally looking for an associate who has had access to sponsor side finance through their training contract and post-qualification however, they would also be interested in hearing from associates with a broader finance background but are looking to specialise on the leveraged finance side.
The firm is open to seeing common law qualified associates for this role.
Applicants from Australia & New Zealand will need 3+ years of post-qualified experience.
