Working with over 500 private equity lawyers across the firm’s international network, the team advise some of the largest names in private equity on market-leading transactions. Associates cover all stages of a private equity transaction from initial investment to exits.
The ideal associate will have solid private equity experience at a top UK/US firm or Australian/NZ equivalent.
The firm is open to seeing common law qualified associates for this role. Applicants from Australia and New Zealand will need 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
