About the role
Great opportunity for a senior level, private equity associate to join this well-regarded and growing team in London.
The team work on private equity transactions at all stages and associates can expect to get involved with:
- Financing and refinancing
- Locked box and completion accounts SPAs
- Corporate restructures and exits
- Management incentive plans
- NDAs, engagement letters and general legal issues that a financial sponsor may come across.
Due to the nature of the firm and the level that this role will operate at, associates will have very high levels of responsibility, high client contact and will be managing a number of more junior associates.
The team have a history of hiring Antipodean lawyers and are open to seeing overseas qualified associates. Applicants from Australia and New Zealand will need 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
