The team represent borrowers and lenders across real estate development, investment and structured financing matters. The team work across property finance transactions from term sheet to post-closing and junior associates can expect to get involved in all aspects of these transactions working with some of the biggest names in the market.
The team are ideally looking for associates who have specific real estate finance experience including experience drafting LMA precedents however, they would also be open to seeing general finance associates who are looking to specialise on the real estate finance side.
The firm is open to seeing common law qualified associates for this role. Applicants from Australia and New Zealand will need 3+ years of post-qualified experience.
