Opportunity for a mid/senior level associate to join this well-regarded and growing property finance practice in London.
The team represent borrowers and lenders across real estate development, investment and structured financing matters.
The team work across property finance transactions from term sheet to post-closing and senior associates will be expected to lead on matters as well as supervising and managing junior associates.
Senior associates benefit from high levels of responsibility, good client contact and opportunities to grow their practice. The team are looking for associates with pure property finance experience and who have experience drafting LMA precedents.
Much of the work is cross-border and lawyers often work across the firm’s international network of offices.
The firm are open to seeing common law qualified associates for this role. Applicants from Australia and New Zealand will need 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
