About the role
We are currently working with a select group of elite law firms who are open to reviewing profiles of exceptional candidates looking to qualify into banking in March 2026. Opportunities may arise across a range of top-tier practices, and we’re interested in speaking with individuals who are proactively considering their next steps.
To be considered, you will have:
- Trained at a US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm.
- Strong academic background.
- Completed a seat in banking, with a genuine desire to qualify into that area.
These conversations are exploratory in nature and intended for those looking to understand the market or gain early insight into potential qualification options.
Having placed over 300 NQs since 2001, our team is focused on building long-term relationships and supporting lawyers throughout their careers. We cover private practice and in-house roles in London, and have dedicated teams operating across the Middle East, APAC, US, Offshore, and Ireland.
