About the role
We are instructed by the London office of a US firm that is seeking to recruit a corporate lawyer on an initial six month fixed-term contract basis. This role is to commence as soon as possible and therefore applicants must be available to start within four weeks.
We would like to see applications from Corporate Lawyers who have upwards of two years’ PQE with experience in either M&A or Private Equity. Lawyers who have solid experience in common law jurisdictions are welcome to apply.
Whilst this role is initially offered on a fixed term contract basis, there is scope for the role to become permanent.
