About the role

We are instructed by a leading international firm that is seeking to appoint a mid-level corporate lawyer to join its established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team which is sector agnostic and advises on private M&A transactions, joint ventures and broader commercial matters. Work is varied and international and the role will provide genuine scope for progression.

We would like to see applications from corporate lawyers who have circa 3-7 years' PQE, experience should have been gained at a national or international firm and candidates must be able to demonstrate solid deal experience.
