About the role

Our client’s top-ranked Tax Group is recognised for its extensive experience advising clients on strategic tax planning, structuring and implementation for some of the most complex, cross-border transactions in the market.

The successful candidate will work on high-profile, cross-border transactions and provide strategic tax advice to leading global clients. This role offers exposure to sophisticated work, close client contact and the opportunity to develop within a highly regarded international tax practice.

The suitable candidates will have:

• 2–5 years’ PQE from a top-tier tax practice in the London market (or similar common law jurisdiction)
• A strong background in transactional corporate tax matters
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills
• A proven ability to deliver high-quality client service
• A strong initiative and the capacity to take on a high level of responsibility.
