About the role

We are working with a leading international law firm on an opportunity for an Associate to join their Banking and Finance practice in London.

The team advises global banks, funds, sponsors and corporates on complex lending and restructuring transactions, including event-driven financings, structured and leveraged lending, and distressed or special situations. The work is consistently high-value, international in scope, and combines technical excellence with strong commercial problem-solving.

They are looking for a bright and ambitious Associate with a strong grounding in general lending or restructuring work, ideally with exposure to LMA-based documentation - but most importantly a real willingness to learn and develop within this excellent complex financing practice. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise across the full range of financing matters, with high-quality training and excellent partner access. The team places real emphasis on building well-rounded lawyers who can adapt across the credit spectrum.
