About the role
The Intellectual Property and Technology Group at this global-leading US firm offers the full range of non-contentious IP and Technology legal services.
The practice spans IP, IT and Data Protection, supporting clients across:
- Corporate and transactional matters, including M&A and private equity
- Stand-alone IP/Tech/Data transactions, such as IP joint ventures, collaborations, data and data-centre deals, AI licensing, large IT contracts, and more
- Advisory work, including protection and commercialisation of IP, and regulatory advice on technology, content and data.
The team is now seeking an associate with 2-4 years’ PQE, who will ideally be able to demonstrate:
- Experience advising on IP/Tech/Data aspects of Corporate transactions
- Experience with stand-alone agreements, including TSAs
- A willingness to contribute to internal and external publications and to attend relevant industry events.
