About the role
We are instructed on behalf of a highly regarded international law firm seeking to recruit an Associate (4+ years’ PQE) to join its Real Estate Finance team in London.

The Role
You will work on a broad range of complex real estate finance transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers, including leading UK and international banks, funds, investors, and developers. The team’s work spans investment and development finance, structured and syndicated lending, and high-profile portfolio transactions across sectors.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years’ post-qualified experience in real estate finance (or broader banking with real estate exposure
- Strong experience acting on behalf of lenders, borrowers, or both
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- A proactive and commercial mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
