About the role
We are very pleased to be partnered with a leading international law firm in its search to further enhance its Real Estate Finance platform with an additional partner hire.
The Firm already has an outstanding offering across the full spectrum of Real Estate matters and acts for a range of borrower and lender clients in Property Finance. Adding further depth to this team is a priority for the London office as the Real Estate Finance market continues to grow.
The Firm is on various panels for major UK clearing banks, as well as acting for challenger and private banks, funds, PE houses, and corporates in this area.
The department regularly ranks in the upper echelons of the various directories for the strength of its Real Estate Finance offering, with international strength in various key locations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, which regularly work alongside the London Property Finance team on major global deals.
The successful incoming individual will benefit from a strong existing team, complete with good levels of associate resource and a dedicated support offering to assist with marketing and BD.
You will ideally be an established partner with a following and will be able to demonstrate a clear track record of success within the Real Estate Finance market. Individuals with strong alternative lender or borrower side practices are of particular interest, but the Firm are also keen to further bolster the existing lender side practice.
