About the role

We’re working with a leading independent law firm on an opportunity within their highly regarded Structured Finance practice in London.

The team advises on a broad range of transactions including securitisations, receivables financings, structured lending and bespoke structured product mandates. Acting for major financial institutions, funds, and corporates, the work is sophisticated, high-value, and frequently innovative.

While the team sits within the wider Banking and Finance group, it has a strong standalone reputation and close Partner involvement across every deal. The environment is known for its quality of work and collaborative culture - offering City-level exposure without the same intensity of a Magic Circle or US firm.

What’s on offer:

• Salary £160,000-£190,000
