Clyde & Co has posted a 3% revenue rise to £854 million for the 2024/25 financial year - its 27th consecutive year of growth, but down from the 10% rise recorded last year. Profit edged up 1.8% to £177.5 million.
The firm added 59 partners through promotions and lateral hires in the period, including a five-partner boost to its energy team in the UK and Europe and the addition of Sam Tate from RPC as global head of its regulatory and investigations practice.
North America was the fastest-growing region and now accounts for a quarter of firmwide revenue. In January, Clydes expanded in the US, merging with Dallas-based insurance litigation specialist Tillman Batchelor. Two partners joined, along with six other team members.
The firm said the UK remains its largest market at 46%. The Middle East and Africa is 11%, Asia Pacific 9%, Europe 7% and Latin America 2%.
