
DLA Piper has released its last set of financial results from before it dissolved its verein structure, posting a 19.6% increase in PEP and an 8.4% increase in revenue.
The firm will report all its financial results by calendar year from 2027 on - it previously followed the 1 May to 30 April financial year for its UK LLP.
DLA Piper’s profits per equity partner soared by 19.6% in 2025, reaching $4.14 million in the last fiscal year before its new corporate structure took effect in May.
The firm, which voted to dissolve its Swiss verein structure earlier this year, reported $4.6 billion in revenue for 2025, an increase of 8.4%.
The firm’s US and international business were previously legally separate under the structure, but now sit under a single global LLP.
The change is intended to simplify the firm's governance and align partner incentives across its global business.
These latest financial results cover the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025. Before dissolving its verein structure, the firm’s UK business reported on a 1 May to 30 April financial year, and will move to calendar-year reporting from January 2027.
