Kennedys boasts 13% revenue growth, sights $1bn turnover by 2030

Kennedys has reported a record £428 million in revenue for FY25, marking its 11th straight year of growth and a 13% rise on the previous year.
The results include strong growth in every region, especially in North America and Latin America.
Kennedys has posted another year of standout financial growth, hitting a record £428 million in global revenue for FY25.
The results mark a 13% increase from last year’s £384 million and give the insurance specialist its 11th consecutive year of top-line expansion. It is slightly down, though, from the blockbuster 17% revenue increase notched last year.
The latest figures follow a flurry of internal promotions and leadership change. Most importantly, John Bruce took over as senior partner in January, following Nick Thomas’ 27-year stint in the role.
Global focus
The firm is reaping the benefits from its keen international expansion. It now has a presence in nearly 50 countries.
North America now accounts for a quarter of Kennedys’ global revenue, after a 22% jump this year alone. The firm’s US push has been deliberate and sustained: two new offices (Seattle and LA) brought its US footprint to 12, while 10 of its 21 new partners in this year’s promotions round were US-based.
Still, the firm’s most important single market is the UK, which brought in 49% of overall revenue, growing 9% year-on-year.
Latin America posted the fastest growth rate at 27%, albeit from a smaller base, now accounting for 3% of the global total. Revenue in EMEA rose by 13.6% (accounting for 9% of total) and 11.5% in APAC (14% of total).
What they said
Bruce described the results as a direct result of “deliberate strategic decisions”, adding that Kennedys is still aiming to hit $1 billion (£740 million) in global turnover by 2030. Doing so would require an annual growth rate of around 11.6% over the next five years - no mean feat.
"We have made deliberate strategic decisions, establishing new offices in key jurisdictions, while also prioritising new leadership across the firm", he said. "I believe this commitment to evolving our firm globally will continue to drive us forward collectively, while we remain laser focused on delivering exceptional work for all our clients".
