About the role
We are working with a US law firm, supporting the hiring efforts of their market-leading Capital Markets team in the City of London office.
The practice is truly international, advising sponsors and issuers and investment banks on both debt and equity transactions, fixed income, IPO, Public M&A, restructurings, regulation and more. As an Associate, you’d work alongside highly regarded partners on complex, high value matters for a diverse and international client base.
You will have:
- A background and training from a leading City law firm.
- US law qualification (2-4 PQE) with experience in Capital Markets
This US law firm is recognised as one of the strongest names in the global legal market and this is a rare opportunity to support the building of a Capital Markets offering with significant growth and career prospects.
Salary: £200,000-285,000 depending on level and experience, plus bonus.
