About the role

We are instructed by the London office of a US firm that is seeking to appoint additional associates for its Capital Markets team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-ranked Capital Markets practice which is involved in some of the highest profile work both in the UK and globally.

We would like to see applications from capital markets lawyers who have circa 2-4 years' PQE. Experience should include ABS, CLO, RMBS, securitisation.
