BCLP has hired employment partner Caroline Noblet in London from Squire Patton Boggs, continuing to expand its employment practice.
Noblet joins after more than 35 years at Squires, where she built an international employment practice and served as the firm's global head of employment for more than a decade.
She advises multinational organisations on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Her practice spans cross-border employment investigations, disputes and global compliance.
She joins a growing London employment team that recently added Paul Sands from Eversheds Sutherland and Bradley Houston from Carey Olsen as counsel.
Lee Marshall, BCLP's global department leader for litigation and investigations, said Noblet's experience leading an international employment practice, developing significant client relationships and expanding across multiple markets would be "invaluable" as the firm continues to grow its offering.
