BCLP picks 'irreplaceable' legal AI platform Legora after successful pilot

BCLP is rolling out legal AI platform Legora after a successful pilot involving over 100 lawyers.
The move adds to a wave of Big Law firm wins for Legora, as it competes with Harvey to lead the legal AI platform market.
BCLP has become the latest major law firm to roll out legal AI platform Legora, following a successful pilot involving more than 100 lawyers across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
The firm tested Legora on tasks including document review, due diligence and drafting, with feedback from the pilot leading it to integrate the platform into its legal workflows. One participant said the platform was now "irreplaceable" when working with large suites of documents, adding "there is no other comparable tool that is capable of reading and analysing documents with that level of sophistication."
Legal AI battle heats up
The move places BCLP among a growing roster of Big Law firms adopting Legora as their preferred general legal AI platform. The strong run of 2025 customer wins for the Stockholm-headquartered company includes Dentons, Mishcon de Reya, DWF, Taylor Wessing and Cleary, among others.
The platform, which offers tools for drafting, research, contract review and document analysis, is seen as the chief rival to US-based Harvey, which just this week revealed it had reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue and now counts nearly half of the top 100 US law firms as customers.
