HSF Kramer has hired Alison Hardy from Ashurst to lead its London real estate disputes team.
Top-ranked Hardy joins HSF Kramer after seven years at Ashurst, where she led the firm’s real estate disputes team.
HSF Kramer has poached Ashurst’s head of real estate disputes, Alison Hardy, to lead its property litigation team in London.
Hardy joined Ashurst in 2018 from Squire Patton Boggs and went on to lead its real estate litigation team, focusing on development issues, energy and infrastructure matters, investment disputes and distressed real estate M&A.
She is ranked Band 1 by Chambers for real estate disputes work.
The move comes as the newly merged HSF Kramer finds its footing after the firm’s transatlantic tie-up with Kramer Levin which went live on 1 June.
