Legora launches Singapore and Tokyo offices in Asia-Pacific push

Legora has launched new offices in Singapore and Tokyo as part of its Asia-Pacific expansion strategy.
The move follows the opening of a Sydney office in 2025 and Legora’s recent acquisition of Australian legal tech company Graceview.
Legora has opened offices in Singapore and Tokyo as the legal AI platform expands across the Asia-Pacific region.
The company said it sees “significant opportunity” in the region as it builds upon its Sydney office opened in 2025 and its recent acquisition of Graceview, an Australian regulatory horizon-scanning platform.
Chief executive Max Junestrand said: "The conditions in Asia-Pacific right now - record M&A volumes in Japan, Singapore's position as the arbitration and deal hub of the region, a legal services market that rivals the EU in scale - make this the right moment to commit fully.”
Regional expansion
The launches mark Legora’s latest international expansion push as legal technology providers continue to target growth opportunities across Asia-Pacific. Rival Harvey recently announced plans to open a Singapore office, describing APAC as a “major growth engine”.
Singapore has emerged as a major hub for cross-border disputes, arbitration and private capital work in Southeast Asia, attracting continued expansion from international firms including Quinn Emanuel, Ropes & Gray and Goodwin.
Growing footprint
The Singapore and Tokyo openings add to Legora’s growing international office network as the company continues to scale globally.
Legora has been expanding in North America, recently opening offices in Houston, Chicago, San Francisco and Toronto, and launching a Munich office to better service the broader DACH region.
