
Linklaters has promoted 37 lawyers to partner globally, including 14 in London, in a slight increase on last year’s round.
The promotions come as the firm continues to invest in US growth, with four new partners in New York and Washington alongside a significant office expansion.

The round is slightly up on last year’s 34 promotions globally, although the London intake has dipped from 16.
The promotions come as the firm continues to push its international strategy, with a particular focus on the US.
Linklaters made four partner promotions across New York and Washington this year, alongside a broader expansion of its US footprint - including a major increase in its New York office space and the appointment of a new COO for the Americas earlier this year.
The latest cohort spans the firm’s major practice areas, with notable strength in litigation, corporate, banking and capital markets.

Global context
Across the firm, the 37-strong round includes promotions in Asia, Europe and the US, with seven new partners in Asia and four in the US.
