Paul Hastings securitisation partner jumps to Norton Rose Fulbright

Norton Rose Fulbright has hired securitisation partner Victoria Morton from Paul Hastings.
Morton spent a decade at Paul Hastings' structured credit practice and has been a partner since 2022.
Norton Rose Fulbright has boosted its securitisation practice in London with the hire of partner Victoria Morton from Paul Hastings.
Morton joins after a decade at Paul Hastings, where she was a member of the firm's structured credit team and made partner in 2022.
She advises banks and specialist loan originators and servicers on asset-backed financings across a broad range of asset classes including residential mortgages and commercial real estate loans.
Morton trained and began her legal career at legacy City firm Berwin Leighton Paisner before joining Paul Hastings in 2016. She spent a year in-house on secondment at NatWest during her time at the US firm.
