Travers Smith has added three lawyers to its partnership, its smallest round since 2014 when just two new appointments were made.
The new partners are Jason Larkins and Michael Leadbeater, who both specialise in leveraged finance, and funds specialist Leigh Stockey.
This year’s cohort follows last year’s bumper round of nine which was the firm’s largest since 2022 when 11 lawyers were made up.
What they said
Managing partner Edmund Reed congratulated the new appointees, and said the promotions will “play a key role in strengthening our already highly successful funds and finance practices”.
"Congratulations to each of our new partners for reaching this important career milestone,” added senior partner Andrew Gillen.
“All of these promotions reflect their exceptional expertise, commitment to clients and the leadership they have demonstrated. I'm excited to watch them excel in their new roles."
